Kia Ora and Hello!

My name is Sophie, I am British but have Kiwi Residency and proud to have called NZ my home for the last 7 years.

I am currently on a career break and I am travelling NZ in my van (Pam) house and pet sitting along the way. I do still crave the routine and active lifestyle which is why pet sitting is a perfect fit!

I am new to the website but have glowing pet sitting references from UK, New Zealand and Australia. I mostly spend time with dogs but enjoy the company of all animals.

Friends along the way include Maggie the lively Springer Spaniel, Harley to Fox Jack Russel with sass attitude, Piper the Shiba Inu playful pup and Fuji the wild Akita...the list goes on.

I am open to all parts of sitting from taking care of your beloved animals, keeping you up to date on their wellbeing with photos and videos, the security of the home and your plants and garden.

Sophie was a fantastic sitter! Could not fault her communication nor her commitment to become Maggie's best pal! She took Maggie to one of her regular dog training classes to keep up with her routine, lots of exercise, play and cuddles. She stayed in touch throughout with lots of photos. She took care of the home, returned it immaculately and even mowed the lawn during her short stay. Would love to have Sophie back anytime!

We had the most incredible experience with Sophie as our house and pet sitter. It was clear from the start that she genuinely enjoys spending time with animals, and our dog, Frida, was no exception. She kept us updated with daily messages and photos of rheir adventures together, which we loved. She also looked after our home with care, respect and attention.
