I'm Zac. I'm 32 years old.
I now have 2+ years of FULL TIME pet sitting experience under my belt and in addition to this, pet sitting experience outside of New Zealand.

I was born and raised here in Auckland.
First on Great Barrier Island and then Birkenhead, North Shore.
However I have lived in many places and looked after people's pets, plants, houses and farm animals from Matakana to Papatoetoe, Waiheke to Europe.

For me it's a real privilege to care for the safety and wellbeing of people's animals. I'm a compassionate person who has good attention to detail and is practical and reliable. I'm physically very active and enjoy the unique adventure that comes with pet sitting full time.

I appreciate that when people leave their home and their pets in someone else's hands, there is a duty of care and a lot of trust in this process.
Despite being a fun-loving guy, this is why I take my role as a pet sitter very seriously.

My work is predominantly online as a relationship consultant for parents of adolescent children. For me, it's meaningful work and I also get to enjoy the balance that self employment and working from home affords me. My career has been working with children of all ages, first as a self confidence coach and then in sex education with teens and university students.

My experiences living overseas has instilled in me the ability to adapt to new environments and i've built long lasting connections with diverse people and their pets.

Whether it be just to keep a good eye on everything and maintain things, or to pay special attention to your little loved ones (pets) you may have left behind in need of some love and care until you return, I'm your guy.

Zac was an exceptional house sitter! From our first interaction, he was wonderful. His communication was excellent, and he took such great care of our furbaby, Harry. Zac kept us updated with photos of Harry and wasn’t afraid to reach out if he had any questions. When we returned, the house and garden were in perfect condition. We highly recommend Zac!

What a lovely couple. They were a pleasure to have at our home. It was left clean and tidy and we had no issues. Lockie our wee dog gave them the runaround. escaped many times but luckily we have a great neighbourhood so all was good. We have found his escape hole so have blocked that for the next sitter. I can recommend them.

Super lovely couple who did an amazing job of looking after our cat and home for a week. Always a nice touch when you arrive back home and the house has been vacuumed, sheets washed and hanging, house is in order and the cat is happy. Would happily recommend.

Zachary and Sara were the perfect house and dog sitters. They cared for our puppy Kobe just like we would. In fact we actually think Kobe is a better dog since having them stay! We would happily have them stay and look after our dog again.

The moment I met Zac and Sarah I knew they were the perfect couple for my time away from my 2 small dogs. Lovely, calm, and responsible, I began getting videos of the pups from the airport as I was ready to fly out - a lovely surprise. They kept in great contact with photos and videos (greatly appreciated by this heartsick mum), loved up my dogs like crazy, took very good care of the place - in short, I couldn't recommend them more highly.
