Newlands Wellington

Kia ora, we have a three bedroom 1960s home, with modern kitchen, two double beds and one single. House is up 54 steps from the street, the rear terraces of the property are fully fenced, there is a sloping concrete path up the to terraces that is open to the path below, the front has dense planting on the banks to the road. Neighbours are close but due to orientation and differing levels there is a lot of privacy.

We have four cats that will require feeding and litter box clearing/changes. One cat is elderly, approx 12, and three are kittens which will be close to 1yr old by December, one kitten has 3 legs so extra care is required, food is provided to her separately. The kittens are inside only while the older cat can go outside if she wishes to, there is no cat door.
No care required for the garden.
