South Hill Waitaki

We are planning to go overseas for a few months and decided to start looking esrly for the perfect person/couple or family. 3-4 months is a long time and not too many people could commit easily to this timeline. This is a double storey house. Set on top of the South Hill in Oamaru. Penguins love this town. The lower part of the house is available to sitters excluding the music room.
The garden is mainly vegetables, mainly in the front garden and in the glasshouse. Fruit and a few flowers are around the outside and in the back. All that requires regular watering and weeding and of course harvesting and bottling. There is no grass except the little piece beside the road. Unfortunately it belongs to the council but we have to maintain it.
We have no animals to look after except for the bird life come winter time.
