Brooklyn

We are looking for a house sitter for December while we are travelling.

You will look after Lava, a nine-year-old Maltese dog (shown in the pictures). He is friendly and likes a daily walk (although not required). He also sleeps on the bed (I am not sure you could change his mind, although sometimes he goes onto the couch). Other than that, he is fairly chilled.

You will also look after Nico, a 2-year-old Birman (also seen in the pictures). He, too, is very friendly, loves to go out roaming, and generally keeps to himself except when it's feeding time.

The house is located in Brooklyn. It has two bedrooms, a sitting room, a bathroom, and a large kitchen area. There is also a study room and a basement. Then there are the decking and grassy areas, all of which can be seen in the photos.

The sitting room has a couch and large TV, while the kitchen has the usual cooker, fridge, storage space, etc. It also comes with all the usual utensils, a slow cooker, etc. A heat pump in the sitting room also heats and provides air conditioning.

Each of the bedrooms has a queen bed, while the bathroom has a shower and bath. There is also an area with the washing machine and dryer.

We will pay for the rent, electricity, and the broadband provided.

There is no parking spot, but parking is free on the street, and there is always a spot available. Brooklyn shops are a five-minute walk away, and a bus stop (just outside the Brooklyn pub) that serves the whole city with the number 7 bus.

It would be great to meet and chat to see if you get along with Nico and Lava.
