Stanmore Bay Auckland

I’ve a 2 bedroom, one office house and have newly moved to the area myself. It’s brick and tile so safe and secure, very close to amenities in the heart of Stanmore Bay. Close to the beach (within walking distance).
My cat is a 12 yo Burmese. He is new to the area so residing inside with a little bit of outside. He loves company and sleeps the day away. He is fed morning and night.
My dog is a Whippet - at only 28 weeks so really still a pup. He is crated at night but prefer someone who works from home or is retired so that he is not by himself for longer than two hours a day. He is happy to be crated if you go out. He needs to be walked morning and night for a small 1/2 hour walk.
The garden doesn’t require caring. The fridge will be stocked with basics.
Relief is available should you need it with doggy daycare and/or pet walkers.
