Are you looking for a cozy, air-conditioned home to spend Christmas?

Welcome to our simple family home. New in 2021, our 2-level attached house sits in a great Hobsonville Point location: walking distance to cafes, Catalina Markets (20 min walk) and walking trails. 20-minute drive to Albany and the East Coast Bays beaches, 10-minute drive to Westgate.

Our home is sunny with 2.5 bedrooms and 1.5-bathrooms. There is a small patio area out front for morning coffee and a modest backyard with swing set, trampoline, and wood chip area for the dogs to toilet. Air con in two of the bedrooms and in the lounge for when the temps soar.

At home will be our 8-month-old large-breed puppy, 9-year-old medium-sized senior dog, and senior cat.

Our senior dog, Letty, is a special case that requires a confident sitter. She is loving and sweet but generally reactive to other dogs. She takes 2 medications daily and it is easiest not to walk her - rather there is a private yard nearby to take her 1-2 times a week for a runaround. She needs your patience as she barks often at neighbourhood dogs and needs to be well managed when meeting new people.

Letty loves to play and is good with children and teens, but care should be taken not to allow small children to cuddle up to her. We have a 4yo child ourselves and a “no kissing/hugging Letty” policy.

Our puppy, Oatis, is a goofball who is learning to settle and walk nicely on lead. He lives for treats. He needs 1-2 x short walks a day (or some other outing) and is happy to go anywhere and do anything. He is cruisey and loves children.

Our cat, Candycane, comes and goes as she likes and is not much effort, besides keeping her food bowl full!
