Newbury Newbury Palmerston North

Large re -furbished country family home situated rurally half way between Palmerston North and Feilding. We have a modern kitchen with new ovens and fridge freezer and the laundry appliances are also new. It has large bifold doors opening onto a large deck area. We are on a dairy farm, on the outskirts of Palmerston North. We are 10 mins from either Palmerston North or Feilding .We have two lovely dogs the older one( Medium size )does require eye drops in one eye daily but is very good natured. The other is a large breed 18month old Weimaraner puppy who has been attending canine good citizens classes and has passed his foundation and bronze levels. He is also very friendly but a little bit excitable or sometimes shy when you initially meet him or when you come home but settles quickly.We are continuing on to obedience and agility training with him and he loves to retrieve a tennis ball.
We also have one cat who likes to assess a new person in the house but comes and goes as she pleases.
I would like someone that would be around a reasonable amount of the time during the days as we are a farming couple ,the pets are used of quite a bit of regular company, but it is not a problem to go out for 4/5 hours if need be.
We have a large garden but would only expect the immediate area that the dogs run in to be maintained/ lawn mowed , the rest of the garden would be only if you have an interest in doing any garden and I would get my son to come and mow the rest of the lawn area unless you are happy with using a ride on mower.
We have on farm staff whom would be responsible for the dairy farm running so you have no worries about other farm animal care.
