Looking for a responsible animal lover to look after our dogs while we are away.

We have two dogs - Lilly and Beau. Lilly is a border collie x huntaway, 11 years old. Beau is a labrador x huntaway, 10 years old.
They are friendly, have plenty of energy and like to go for a run around once a day, if possible.

They are fed twice a day and sleep in our laundry at night. We have a reasonable sized, fully-fenced section so they are happy outside for most of the day but they do love to come inside for cuddles too.

We live in a large house in a lovely neighbourhood, up on the Western Hills. We wouldn't expect you to do any gardening, just keep the house clean and tidy.

The dogs can be quite hard to walk on the lead so we are ideally looking for someone with a car who can take them down to the river for a run around each day. If you don't have a car, you can take them walking on the lead around our neighbourhood but we do live on a hill so would best suit a person or couple who are not afraid of a bit of a workout!

They are happy to be left alone outside for a few hours a day. We are close to a convenience store, are a 10-minute drive to Lower Hutt centre or a 20-minute drive to Wellington City,
