Whalers Gate New Plymouth

We are on the edge of New Plymouth city with a lovely view of the mountain, a lake and native bush across the road which has numerous walking tracks.
We have a medium sized section which will require a mow as well as minimal watering of veges if needed.
One cat who likes to be close to people but not on people! She spends her days sleeping and is independent with her own cat door.
