Morrinsville Matamata-Piako

We are located approximately 12kms north of Morrinsville. The property is 43 hectres of reasonably flat land. The house was built in the 60's and has been partially renovated. It gets a lot of sun and is comfortable with good water supply.
Our dog is an 11year old spayed bitch. Foxy/Heeler cross. She is firendly and obedient but is a natural hunter of rats, feral cats and possums. She stays outside during the day and has a room at the back of the house to sleep in at night. She also has an outdoor run and kennel.
We have 35 R2 beefies and 39 R1's that will require shifting. They are reasonably easy to shift.
