Hamilton East Hamilton

I have one cat , Pippin who is 11. I live on my own with her and she is quite used to me being away. You will need to care for her she is.a great companion once she is used to you. The house is her domain she usually stays inside and uses the cat door to go outside. I live in an older weatherboard three bedroom house in an area close to the river in Hayes Paddick Hamilton East. The area is close to the Hamilton East village, shopping area and is a usually quiet neigborhood. My house is alarmed and I am very pedantic about home security. My section is fully fenced there is no garage but a carport. I will probably leave my car at home while I am away and you are welcome to park on the grass. . I have good reliable neighbours who keep an eye on my home when I am away.
I will be in Australis visiting with family so you can easily contact me if needs be. My house is on Wi Fi you would have access to this. This sit is suitable for a single person or a couple. The weather will be warm and I have older wooden joinery so I do not leave windows open at night but I have several fans you can use. As I have said it is an older home and needs a little TLC.
