Napier Hawke’s Bay

We have a cosy 2 bedroom plus studio/office, semi-detached flat with a great view situated on a 50 acre farm community on the edge of town just 5 minutes from shops. We have three cats and a flock of free-ranging chickens (the roos will go to a roo-sitter elsewhere) Keeping a few indoor plants and the small garden area watered required in exchange for any produce you would like to harvest. (and free eggs!) We have a portable air-con in the main bedroom, The large flat screen smart TV comes with Netflix and Disney Plus subsriptions, The property is an easy distance from seaside and river, and access can be arranged for the on-site swimming pool. We are 5 mins drive to shops and supermarkets.
