Calton Hill Dunedin

We own a small 2 bedroom house in Calton Hill, Dunedin. This is about a 10 minute drive to the CBD and 15 minutes to Otago Uni. St Clair beach is less than 10 minutes away. There is a bus line into town with a stop about 200m from the house. There are 3 supermarkets within 4km of the house.
We have a queen bed in one room and a king single bed with a single trundle bed (boxspring mattress on both) in the second bedroom. We have plenty of children's toys (my child is 9) and a trampoline outside. The house gets lots of sun and is double glazed with a good heat pump. New open plan kitchen and lounge, and a shower over bath.
We would need someone to water the houseplants (there are about 2 dozen; they are survivors and not very fussy!), feed the 2 cats (they are rescues so are skittish at first but become progressively more friendly the closer you get to meal time), mow the lawn and do some garden weeding. You are welcome to eat any produce from the garden during your stay. Note that the house section is on a hill so the lawns can be a bit of a mission - the mower is self propelled though which really helps.

I have ticked "space for caravan" but that is only on street parking (we do not have a garage or off street parking at the house).
