Sunnyvale Waitakere

Kia ora!
My husband and I are off on a little 7 week adventure overseas, and while we are SO excited, we are also very nervous to leave our 3 babies (1 dog, 2 cats) alone for that long. So, we are very keen to have a kind, animal-loving, responsible person to come help take care of them.

Our house: we have a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom stand alone home in Sunnyale, Auckland. 1 super king bed, 1 king single bed & one bedroom we use as an office. Our home is close to West City mall & Lynn Mall, Countdown & Pak N Save, train station, and the Waitakere Ranges which is such a treat for us. We also have a car if you need to use one.

Pets: Alfie is our dog, he is a 4 year old brown newfoundland. He loves people more than he loves other dogs, and is VERY affectionate and a bit cheeky! When you walk him, you often get stopped by passers by wanting to ask questions/ pat him. He is a real celebrity in our area. Sini is our 1 year old super fluffy ginger cat. She is also very cuddly, especailly at night & loves to sleep with us & head butts us when she wants to be patted. Buna is our 6 month old black kitten. She is very playful & hyper as kittens are, but also very affectionate (we are so lucky all 3 of our pets are VERY cuddly!). Buna's favourite sleeping spot is lying on your chest/ shoulder. and she will also head butt/ lick your face constantly until you give her enough affection.

Us (if you want to know): I am a family violence social worker, and my husband is a refugee youth worker, and also owns an Ethiopian restaurant in New Lynn. We are clean & tidy, love to travel, and love animals. We own our home, which is an absolute blessing.
