We have been so lucky to have amazing house sitters but now we have a 2 year border collie, Cleo and we need someone who is home during the day ( at least part time) as Cleo needs company and exercise. Mickey, our cat is pretty laid back and still getting comfortable having an a sister around.
Cleo is an outgoing, loving girl who just adores being around people. She loves walks, particularly off lead and can pull a bit on the lead. She’s still learning so she needs someone who has an understanding of energetic dogs and can be patient , kind but firm with her.
Our home is very comfortable, sunny and has a good size garden.
On the gardening side, a bit of watering is all that is needed over the week.
If you have a true love of animals and feel this could be a good fit for you, we would love to hear from you.
We had a great time at Verity's house, her house is very comfortable. We were always in communication with her if we had any questions. But most of all we had a great time looking after Cleo, who is very energetic and kept us busy, we enjoyed her very much. Mickey is a very calm and loving kitty. We would definitely come back to look after them.
House sitting is a fun, immersive way to experience this magnificent country - without paying a cent for accommodation!
