Staycation over the summer season!
We have a life style property 15 mins from Hamilton with the choice of two dwellings.

One a 2 bed cottage, and the main house, with four bedrooms and an office/gym. We're happy for a family to stay, enjoy pool days, bbq's and a firepit.

However, the children need to be confident with small dogs and over 10 yrs old, as small children tend to make the dogs anxious.

Fully fenced section, and separate pool fencing, trampoline, cars can be parked in the garage.

Three friendly small dogs 6 & 7 yrs.
They need to be walked every other day, at a cool time of the day. They but will bark at passing vehicles and walkers. The dogs can be left for up to 8 hrs if absolutely necessary.
One cat 7 yrs. She will need some pets and food filled up.

8 chickens and a rooster, they live in the orchard and are self feeding, they just need water and food checked every few days, and eggs collected.

Two kunekune pigs 2 & 5 yrs, who live in the paddocks. They just need their water checked every few days, very friendly enjoy a scratch.

We're on tank water, so water conservation is very important, including short showers (5 minutes). It also means limited watering is necessary for the gardens.

We do have several Daliah gardens which will require a bit if care- if it rains to stop mold developing.
The vegetable garden will need a bit of water, and the produce is available for you to enjoy, along with any produce from fruiting trees.

Lawns may need a mow, depending on the rain fall and growth. This is with a ride on mower.

Internet and power all included,
EV charging possible.

Quick 25min trip to Raglan, and it is a beautiful peaceful location.
