Pukerua Bay

Need a place to stay away from the hustle and bustle at Christmas? We are looking for someone to mind our well-behaved 10 year old female Kelpie Arya, 2 young cats, Pod and Pip, and to throw some feed at the chickens while we are away for Christmas.
All the animals are easy companions, and require minimal care.

Our place in Pukerua Bay is 10 minutes walk down the goat track from the sea and 10 minutes walk the other way to the railway station.

Arya likes all humans and 99.9% of other dogs. Pod is a quiet, gentle boy who likes outside conversation in the garden a lot. We bought him an emotional support kitten Pip last Christmas. Pip is a smooshy purrface, rapidly gaining in size on Mr Pod.

4 bedroooms, 2 bathrooms, wood burner, great views, free wifi. It's a lovely quiet spot surrounded by lots of different bush and beach walks. Arya is a bit old now for much clambering on the rocks but she does like a daily walk ( if it's not raining lol).
