Thames

Clean, quiet person or couple sought to house-sit our home in the historic town of Thames and look after our fairly independent and friendly 7-year old, three-legged, male cat, Harley.
Harley's outdoors during the day, but brought indoors at night, using food as bribery! He's on a special diet for his bladder, which will be supplied. So he's not allowed any treats or variations. If he likes you, he'll happily commandeer your lap for fuss and a snooze.
If the weather's fine, feel free to chill out on the large deck and admire the river view. There's also the option of filling-up the deck bath to soak in the view.
We are a 15-minute drive from the Kauaeranga Visitor Centre and the tramping tracks to the Pinnacles. Other tracks into the Coromandel Range are also a short hop from our house. So if you're a keen tramper, this location would suit well.
We have a large garden, but only require the veggie garden (via an irrigation hose), and the pot plants indoors and on the porch and deck to be watered.
Our TV has an Smart TV dongle for streaming (ThreeLive, TVNZ1 & Netflix). We have pretty good internet and WIFI.
There's ample space at the front of the house to park a camper or caravan. The driveway will also be available for off-road parking.
