Little short notice, but a change in circumstances means we are looking for another house/ pet sitter. Hoping to find a female (or maybe calm male) who has come experience with nervous/ unsure dogs. No children sorry. Would like to do a meet and greet with the dogs prior to confirming.

We have three dogs, two Tibetan Spaniels and a Mini Schnauzer. The Schnauzer is just over a year old so still has some of that puppy energy.

Also have three cats, two boys roughly 8 years old (one only has three legs but you wouldn't believe it) and a girl who runs the house and is 14 years old.

None of our animals have a special diet, are fed twice a day with multiple water fountains/ warer bowls around. Are all indoor/ outdoor animals that can use the catflap.

We are hoping to find someone who might be able to take the dogs to day care a couple of times a week, can look to provide a car, set up for the dogs if desired.

Our house is three bedrooms and one bathroom. With whole house AC and a fire place. Off street parking for three cars, with automatic gate entry. Reasonable sized, fully fenced yard, with a smaller section fenced off for the dogs when they use the catflap. Though they do all love having access to the whole garden through the double doors on the deck. Front yard is also fenced, but separate from the back so entry and exit to the property can be dog free.

Minimal garden care needed, just mowing the lawn if you get time, and watering the plants in the living room.
