Wellsford Rodney

I live in a 2 bedroom cottage in rural Wellsford in a area called Wharehine. It is a 10 minute drive to town.
There are 2 dogs Charlie a Beagle and Lexi a Labradore cross.
2 cats and 3 budgies in a aviary.
Chooks in a paddock and sheep that shouldn't need anything.
2 miniature horses Molly and Ruby.
Dogs and cats are the feed twice a day the chooks every couple of days into a stand on feeder, they lay eggs so fresh eggs are there for you as yiu collect them.

The house is a basic country cottage on a gravel road, rainwater tanks and septic are the norm here.
There are 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, gardens with vegies and flowers a Kaipara coast beach near by. Plus Atiu Creek is close for great walks.
There is a ramp to enter the property how ever the house is not set up for disabled.
