Quiet in new suburb, large modern home with your own bathroom. 2 lounges.spa pool, BBQ. No pets but there are gardens to water. Its a 2 minute drive to shops and cafés. This would suit a couple +1. Aircon and netflix, disney, prime.Car may be available. Definitely start on 22 December but we can negotiate an earlier leaving date
