Clouston Park Wellington Upper Hutt

Standalone house near central Upper Hutt with two fully furnished bedrooms (one double and one single room). The house is located down a quiet driveway with designated parking slot. 5min drive to central Upper Hutt / train station, 1min drive to access SH2. Rest of the house is fully furnished with sofa bed, 60inch TV (with streaming services available) , PS5 , fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine.

The pet you will be looking after is a 12yo cat in good health condition. She is mild-tempered, very friendly and loves to sit on people's lap. She is mostly indoor and litter trained, with dry food being fed 2-3 times a day. She is deaf but doesnt wander far when she does go outside occassionally - she just cant be left outside for extended period of time.

The house comes with a reasonable section of lawn which can take 45min to an hour to mow (once during the stay will be sufficient). There is a veggie patch which needs watering - but feel free to take some veggies for yourself. There are also a number of fruit trees (lemon, apple, plums, grapes) which you can help yourself to.
