Morrinsville Matamata-Piako

Large 4 bedroom home in semirural location on private road but an easy 10 minutes walk to the main street of Morrinsville. Master bedroom with ensuite, 3 children's bedrooms one with bunks. Outside parking for vehicles.
Outdoor deck area, quiet and peaceful large garden bordering the river walk but only lawnmowing required with the ride on lawnmower (takes approximately 1 hour), 2 to 3 times depending on need, and watering the vegetable garden. You will be welcome to help yourself to excess produce from the garden.
2 cats approximately 1 year old. One is very friendly, the other is quite timid and wary of people. Low maintenance, They spend the day outside and sleep inside at night. You don't need to be home all the time although they are used to having people around during the day. The fish are outdoors and are fed once a week.
Morrinsville is 30 minutes from Hamilton, Paeroa and Matamata and is a great central location to visit the Waikato. 1.5 hours from Auckland.
