Looking for house sitters for a month while we are away.
We live rural on an Avocado orchard half way between Kaitaia and Hohoura. 10 mins to east beach.
3 bedroom House that is clean and sound.
3 well behaved child friendly dogs-they bark to let us know someone is arriving but dont bite.You will have no problems with them-you have the food!!
The orchard will look after itself so no hassles there.
If you want to fish you can use our 13 ft boat-has 4wd to launch and could also be used to go to east beach-we have a car wash onsite to wash salt and sand away. We preffered a couple and maturely thinker, no partying in the house, plus if you have a kid that loves animal and outdoor activities e.g walk down the beach, play with our dog in the lawn, we have a small vegi Garden beside our house if you want vegis.
Close enaugh to 90 mile beach, cape reinga, Gumdigger park, Kauri kingdom, herderson beach etc.
You will enjoy staying in the far north☺️
