50 acre beautiful lifestyle block 25 minutes from Palmerston North. Three small dogs and two cats needing loving care with chickens to be fed 2 x day and a sheep gate to be opened once during stay for grazing. The house is modern and tidy, with lovely inside outside flow, and has a new spa pool. There are 4 flat acres of beautiful gardens and lawns, which will not need tending. The larger 40 acre paddock has 6 cattle that also do not need tending to but offers a lovely native bush area with walking track. There is an abundance of birdlife including Tui's outside the kitchen with the occasional wild deer wondering on the hillside. Our home is quiet and relaxing with unlimited, mostly reliable internet. Our smart TV has Netflix. There is a river and public bush walks 10 minutes away.
