We need a house sitter

Auckland - Auckland - South

Clare

We have a beautiful lifestyle block in a valley 7 mins drive outside Clevedon village, we have a pool and a large fenced front yard if you have a dog to bring.

Our house is 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. We will set the spare room up for our house sitters.

We have a 45year old spoodle Clive, a cat Maggie, 2 alpacas (Chrisco and max) and one Steer called Murray. And 5 chickens!

Most of the chores are for the animals, feeding animals and changing their water. Obviously the dog and cat are fed every day, but we will give you a schedule for the rest, usually every two days.

We also have some pot plants that need watering.

We'd love a person or couple who would enjoy a break in the beautiful countryside while also looking after our animals.

We will be going to Australia to spend sometime with our family!

Loved staying at Clare and Miles beautiful spot in the countryside. The animals were darlings to look after especially Clive the dog who our dog loved hanging out with. It was easy to communicate with Clare and Miles and any queries we had were answered promptly. We would happily housesit again for them.

We thoroughly enjoyed house-sitting in this beautiful rural location with such caring hosts. Everything was super organised, and the communication was great leading up to and throughout our stay. It was a great experience for us to look after a variety of animals, our favourite Clive (active and playful dog) and Maggie (super cute and cuddly cat) were both gorgeous and well behaved. NATASHA (Dec 2022 - 1 month 2 weeks)
We thoroughly enjoyed our three weeks looking after the animals out in Clevedon. We had a beautiful rag doll kitten to cuddle with and a Caboodle Clive who was a lot of fun too. Three alpacas, chickens, a steer and two sheep were fed each day and added to the magic of being on a rural easy care house and property away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
