Hi all,

Our home is located on a small acreage with sloping hills, native trees and a nice harbour view.
Our home is a two storey house with two bedrooms and a toilet upstairs, with open plan living and main bathroom downstairs.
Large stacking doors open up to a covered deck area to spend summer afternoons protected from the sun, yet still a part of the seasonal atmosphere.

We have a sandpit and trampoline for children to enjoy.

Below the deck, we have a small area of gardens to water each morning. It also has netting to cover the plants, protecting them from the scorching hot sun on those extreme days!

The entire property has 3 private dwellings. While there are neighbours around the house has its own privacy.

Our dog Shadow is a beautiful soul who loves affection and beach walks. She enjoys splashing in the water, we take her for a walk each morning. A wonderful companion, her name is Shadow because she follows us around like a shadow. We are wanting to have a meeting beforehand for Shadow to get to know her caretaker and form a relationship before we leave.


We are located 5 minutes out of Raglan, a beautiful beach town with small and stylish cafes, surf beaches and lovely parks for children.
