We need a house sitter

Auckland - Rodney

4 bedroom house in Warkworth township, built 2022, 10 minute walk to local shopping centre (The Grange). 3 minute drive into township. Quiet property, fully fenced. Large outdoor area including deck. Currently landscaping the front of the property hence why the photos show a dirt area. This area will be grassed and planted shortly.

House comes with two Griffon dogs, one is 10 years old, the other is 1. Lots of character and can get away with one walk a day to the top of the drive and back - total walking time estimated 20 minutes.
