Raglan Waikato

We are a family of 4 living centrally in Raglan. Our house has three bedrooms and a large garden. We love to get away camping and would happily take our dogs but we are walking a track that is dog free so thought we'd see if anyone is keen for a holiday in our awesome beach town! Raglan is a great place for a holiday with lots of water sports and cafes.

The dogs are both schnauzers and are used to two 20-40 minute walks a day - mostly on the lead. They have a pen in the garden that they can be left in for short periods of time but the property is not fully fenced so they need to be taken out on a lead. They can be a little grumpy with other dogs (especially when on a lead) so need careful handling and ideally someone with dog experience. Although they love to run free at the beach, they will run off if they pick up a scent and may not return for 5-50 minutes! At home, they are very much part of the family so are used to lots of attention and sleeping on beds.

Please note my mum lives under the house in a fully self contained apartment. She may or may not be here depending on holiday plans. If she is here - she can let them out for the toilet but isn't able to walk them.
