Matakana Auckland - North

We run a 74 hectare sheep & cattle farm (heifers). We are about to go on a yacht sailing adventure from 1 May 25 to 1 Sept 25 & need a couple to run a very beautiful farm while we are away. Experience is absolutely necessary. The sheep should be easy to run, but if it's a tough winter, may have to feed out hay to approximately 80 cattle. Our 84 yo Mum lives on the farm and we would love someone who is comfortable to drop in and keep an eye on her at her house 1km up the driveway on the farm. She is very spritely & runs
around on a quad bike so she's not an invalid! Just want her to have someone nearby and trusted. She is fun. You have to like a beer & wine! We have a 4yo fox terrier who is super-friendly. 2 cars available + a comfortable 2 bedroom home with a cozy fire & spa. We live only 2 mins from Matakana, beaches, ocean etc. So if you have a boat, it's perfect. A wonderful opportunity for a couple to have a ball!
