We need a house sitter

Manawatū-Whanganui - Tararua

Sapphire

Kia Ora!
Our home is a large 3-bedroom home (2x double rooms and then a bunk bedroom). It is located rurally, about 15 minute drive to the nearest township or a 30 minute drive to Palmerston North. There is one Neighbour behind the property who is very respectful and private. The house itself is a small lifestyle property with a medium sized vegetable garden (this is bottle watered every day), 2x small paddocks and plenty of room for everything! We have a small home office set up encase you needed to work or needed access to computer - internet. There is a popular local river spot across the road (a 1 minute drive down the road gets you access to it). We have children so toys and activities galore, plenty of trees to climb, trampoline, bikes, a TV room with access to the internet and plenty of board games. The property is connected to spring water through the neighbours piping system so requires some frugal showers and use.
We have two young cats (potatoes and spicy are their names) who need to be fed morning and night - they love some cuddles all day.
We have 5 chickens - the rooster wakes up early so you'll wake up early too (sorry haha). The chickens are let out of their cage in the morning to freerange and then fed pellets in the early evening (they tuck themselves in for bed when it gets dark, you just need to pop out and count them and shut the door for them when its dark).
We have 1 mummy duck and 9 ducklings who do their own thing - similar to the chooks, let out in the morning, as long as they have regular access to water (youll need to fill up the containers every day) and fed in the morning and night, then theyll be in the cage for bedtime with the chooks too. Please collect all the eggs every day to reduce the rodents!
