Woodend Waimakariri

We have a 4 bedroom house down a private lane in and established part of Woodend. The house has a separate lounge and the master bed has an ensuite.
Our dog, Reggie, is a short haired boarder collie cross and is fairly new to our family. He loves to run at the dog park but isn't yet able to be off the lead when out for walks. He enjoys the company of other dogs but unsure of how he would be around other pets.
We have a medium sized lawn that won't need mowing and vege patches and fruit trees that might need watered now and then.
