Hi - we will need someone with their own caravan, campervan or house bus.
We have recently sold our business and moved to our little farm, the house is an old railway cottage and while we are ok living in it we couldn't expect anyone else too at this stage
Farm is 400 Acres -200 hill country grazing, 200 mature native bush with a small hut at the top of the farm nestled in the bush, there are approx 2km of bush walks and the bush is beautiful
Our pets Mana (Staffy cross lab) - who is nearly 14 likes sitting in the sun and food, loves a pat and is very friendly
Teak (Greyhound cross lab) Teak is a teenager, loves to run and show off, he is friendly and good natured
Our Ducks (Cayuga Ducks, are flightless) live on our two dams they have acquired the nick name "the Parliament" due to the occasional bouts of quacking and the random visit's from Trevor Mallard, the dams are surrounded by native plantings and a mowed walking track, at the end is a seating area.
We have 2 gullies on either side of the house, in one is the beginnings of and orchard and the other is a flower garden - neither will need any work
We have 25 breeding Angus cows with calves at foot and one Bull who is very quiet and well mannered- these will be set stocked so should need no attention other than casting your eye over them now and then.
While we may seem remote we are only 20 minutes away from Pahiatua which adequately services most needs.
