The property is located between Hamilton and Raglan in a friendly valley along the Waitetuna River. The home itself is hand rammed earth which is cool in summer and warm in winter. The property has a large nutrient dense garden and in February will be in abundance. It would be great to fill the irrigation system twice a week or water as needed as well as keeping seedlings moist, Weeding and harvesting the abundance for the freezer would be appreciated. The house sitter has the opportunity to source fresh veggies and eggs ''on the house."

Bella is an old girl and loves attention. Feeding is a treat at 5 pm ish and dried food in her bowl two times a day. Kitty is the house cat and enjoys fresh food in the morning and dried food available. The chickens and ducks enjoy grains once a day and sometimes veggie food waste from the kitchen or garden. The sheep pretty much look after themselves. But everyone needs fresh water.
