2 little pugs and one persian cat needing some love and attention whilst i am working in auckland. All food will be meal prepped for the animals so super easy. Very active dogs, enjoy playing with people. There is no requirement to take them off the property for walks. Dogs sleep in a crate in their own room with a pet door to outside and are in a good fixed routine however wake early. Harry loves cuddles, camilla loves to play with balls and tug of war, The cat queenie just comes and goes as she pleases. She doesn't particularly like being touched unless she says so. Haha
I had a great week looking after Jess's home and pets, Queenie, Harry and Camilla provided the best pet hugs and Jess's home was super clean, comfortable and she even bought brand new bedding for me :) Communication and handover were clear and relaxed, plus Jess's home is close to lots of beautiful hikes in the Whangarei area.
We had a very nice experience taking care of Jess's house. Camilla and Harry are very affectionate, they really enjoy company. Queenie is more independent; the first few days she seemed a bit distant, but little by little she started getting closer to us and would ask for affection from time to time. It was really nice housesitting for Jessica! She explained everything very cleadly and responded quickly when I had a question. The pets were adorable and the area is beautiful. A bit harder to get around without a car, but still a lot of nice hikes to do!
We loved taking care of Camilla, Harry, and Queenie! The days we spent with them were fantastic, and we had so much fun. The pets are beautiful, wonderful, and affectionate. Camilla loves playing soccer and fetching the ball. Harry enjoys tug-of-war and jumping. Queenie is sweet and also likes affection. Jessica's house is amazing and well-located. We will miss the pets a lot; they are just too lovely. I highly recommend this incredible opportunity!

My days with Harry, Camilla and Queenie were so lovely! They love cuddles, so am I :) and the house has a beautiful view and light that made my stay very nice.
We had a great week at Jess’ place looking after the cuties Harry, Camilla and Queenie. We met Jess the day before and she gave us clear instructions on how to look after the pets which she also had written down for us! Great short term housesit, walking distance to shops and access to fire wood for the nights. The two little dogs, mainly the boy can be quite busy but they are very affectioned and like being around or very close to people. I loved living with their adorable and energetic pets. The accommodation is very nice and comfortable and Jessica welcomed me very kindly and was patient with my English :). I loved it
This is my second one week spent with the three, although queenie only appears at eating time, but now allows me to rub her. The doggies Harry and Camilla are one of a kind, always following me, watching me, and lying on top of my feet when I work on my pc. We had great long walks around the neighborhood, and they behave well when walking. They also like playing. Beware of leaving anything fluffy lying around, Harry will find and play with it. Dogs were well behaved, but need constant reassurance that you still love them and survive on rubs and playing tug o war. Great time.
Harry, Camilla and Queenie are such lovable animals. We enjoyed our time in Onerahi and taking care of these three. Harry and Camilla are super playful, while Queenie does here own thing. The house is nice and spacious and Jess was nice to chat to and easy going. We would house sit again if we're back in the area :)

We loved our stay at Jessica's home. Harry and Camilla were very well behaved around our baby and would bring their toys to let you know they want to play. Queenie is easy care, just makes an appearance twice a day for eating. Jess is lovely and laid-back, we would definitely house-sit for her again.
I had a fantastic time taking care of Camilla, Harry, and Queenie! Queenie is as easy as can be and does her own thing for the most part. The pugs want a lot of cuddles and affection, but they're also good at being on their own. They will test boundaries right away, so be prepared to be firm with them or they'll walk all over you (and the couch!). Jessica is easy to communicate with and provides everything you need.
