We live in Magical Mangawhai Heads approx x5 mins from the main beach. Although our address is rural we are close to the Heads' Shops and Amenities and only 10 mins to Mangawhai Village with Mangawhai Central Shopping area in between
Our Estuary is in close proximity as well
We have a good sized section 1600sq metres and the property is fully fenced
We use a ride on mower for our lawn and there is some property
maintenance involved
We have x2 mid sized dogs
Seger is a Labradoodle of 12years and is everybody's friend
Suri is a Rescue Mixed Breed of 7years. She is quite an anxious dog but warms to people in her own time
The dogs are accustomed to beach and bush walks at least x1 per day
Otherwise they are happy just to be at home
We also have Zeba who is a x6yr old cat. She is shy but very loving
Our home is comfortable and warm with a courtyard that enjoys sun throughout the day
April and May are usually warm and tranquil months
