Our modern near new home is literally steps from Red Beach and the surf club. We are fully fenced (safe for dogs and grandkids), live down a security-gated drive with off-road parking, have a spa pool and live only 40 meters from the beach. Orewa is minutes away with all its shops, restaurants and cafes. Coco is our much-loved small poodle-spaniel cross and loves a leashed walk on the beach. Cruze is our shy and independent Burmese-Snow Bengal cat and good Mate of Coco's.
