We live in a homely sunny, 3-bedroom house in short walking distance to shopping in Hamilton East and dining. There is a bus stop at the top of the driveway and an easy walk to the beautiful Botanical gardens. We have two cats that like company and will require daily feeding. No gardening required and we have a weekly cleaner.
We are traveling to Europe during this period and welcome someone that will enjoy a warm home in Hamilton during the winter.
