Leamington Waipa

- Our house is conveniently located 1.5km from Cambridge town centre or 1km from the Leamington shops.
- There are multiple parks and walks to discover in the vicinity, and you are welcome to take our bikes (2 adult, 2 childen's suitable for ages 7‐13) for a ride to Karapiro or Tamahere on the Te Awa cycle track.
- We have a shy but gentle white cat called Whiskers and three friendly hens who are laying daily. They will need food and water daily. One of the hens sometimes escapes, but is relatively easy to get back into the run... she will follow you around.
- Our house plants and vege garden will need watering, and will provide an abundance of tomatoes, beans, greens and herbs.
- A large bedroom with a queen bed, single bed, desk, drawers, wardrobe, and shelving is available.
- Internet, smart TV, coffee machine, air fryer, microwave, washing machine and dryer are all available for use.
