We have a beautiful house overlooking the Otago Peninsula, just minutes from the centre of the town. The sun streams in through the the floor to ceiling windows that look out over the green hills and wide blue expanse of the harbour. This is a very special and reflective place. The house is completely double glazed and insulated, with heat pumps and a fire place - so we can guarantee that you will be cozy. There are 3 bedrooms but one is a study and not available - there is a double bed and two single beds (two have single beds) We are on 7 acres. Most of this is paddock and bush. Duties: there is a cat to cuddle and feed, some chickens to feed and a veggie garden to water. And a new cavoodle puppy to cuddle! He is 5 months old
