Kia ora,

My husband (Damian) and I are going away overseas - departing early morning on the 1st of Feb and arriving back on the 8th of Feb in the afternoon. We would love for someone to look after our two lovely, well behaved dogs and our house in Pukekohe (South Auckland).

A little bit about our dogs, Maya is five, she is a full golden retriever, very friendly and super easy going. Thelonious (or Theo) is four years old and is a Golden Retriever x Irish Setter. He is also very well behaved and is very friendly. Both dogs are active and will need to be walked on the lead twice a day (early morning and evenings when it is cooler).

We live in a lovely newly built house in a suburban area in Pukekohe. The house also has a well established herb and veggie garden which might require watering.

You will have the whole house to yourself.

We are looking for a couple preferably or someone with experience pet sitting large dogs.

Maya and Theo are two lovely and calm dogs! The house was clean and well equipped, we had everything we could possibly need. Nive and Damian also made sure we knew everything before we left, so everything was easy and clear. Our stay was very pleasant and we had a lot of fun walking the dogs and spending time with them :)

Maya and Theo were the best dogs ever and we really enjoyed looking after them. Nice and Damian we're great at communicating and very specific about everything. The bed we had for sleeping in was pretty small and uncomfortable, but that was our only negative as my husband had to sleep on the floor. We love New Zealand and saw some new places, so it was great for us.
