Hello! Looking for either a single or couple to pet sit for our fur baby.
Murphy is 4 years old, she's a medium size SPCA rescue. She's very affectionate and loves attention, belly rubs and treats are her passions. She can sometimes be weary of new people for 60 seconds then she's your best friend. She is great with other dogs and is a regular at day care/kennels with excellent feedback for her behavior from the carers.
We have a 3 bedroom home in Meadowbank. There are lots of great dog friendly walks close by within a couple minutes. We are also just a 10 minute drive to Mission Bay, Kohi and St Heliers beach.
We're ex pet sitters ourselves and had many great experiences, we hope you will enjoy your time staying at our place and enjoy Murphy's company as much as we do.
Mon-Fri we typically give her one long walk per day (if you have time she will thank you for as many as you care to take her on) and 2 walks+ on weekends per day.
We loved taking care of Murphy! 🥰 She’s such an obedient dog, clearly well-trained. She’s affectionate and playful! We’re already looking forward to visiting her again.
Libby and her boyfriend are wonderful; they left us a detailed explanation of all the care instructions. The house was spotless, and we hope they had a great trip and felt at ease knowing Murphy was well taken care of.

We had a great weekend looking after Murphy. She loves her ball and going out for walks, but is equally happy chilling out at home and loves to snuggle up on the couch with you. Libby left really clear instructions for the house and Murphys routine which made things really easy. The house was clean, tidy, and cosy with the heat pump - everything we needed. Thank you!
Murphy is a lovely girl who sleeps with a baby and loves to chase the ball. Libby and Matthew were delightful with me, they explained perfectly how to take care of Murphy and made my stay very comfortable :)
We couldn't have dreamt of a better first official petsitting experience in New Zealand! Murphy is such a lovely dog 😍 She is well trained and listens really well. Cuddle her and she will be the happiest dog!
The house has a little garden with a terrace where Murphy loves to play with you and her little ball. There’s a few parks in the neighborhood where she can run as much as she wants 🐕 It was such a pleasure to spend the long weekend at Libby's house with Murphy!

We had a wonderful time pet-sitting Murphy, Libby and Mathew's dog. She was affectionate, playful and well-behaved, making it easy for us to care for her. We spend almost 2 weeks in their beautiful modern home in a quite area of Auckland and enjoyed our time so much. Everything in walking distance. Dog park right across the street.
