Newly built house with northerly aspect deck to enjoy uninterrupted views of Richmond ranges and vineyards on outskirts of Blenheim, 10 mins drive from airport and town, lots of local wineries to visit. Our home overlooks the local Golf Course to the rear, for those interested in a round or two. Use of spa pool to enjoy the views. Care for our two-year-old golden cocker spaniel who is very affectionate and needs a couple of walks a day, good walking locally. Would suit retired couple looking for a relaxing break in the Marlborough region. Two door saloon car potentially available if required.
