Reporoa Waikato

We have a small lifestyle block - just under a hectare. There may be a horse resident for some of the time (see below) and daily poop picking will be required (sorry!) - only takes about 10-15mins each day. There is a vege garden and flower gardens which need watering and some weeding kept up, if possible. There is also a pond which may need to be filled if there is no rain. The property has a beautiful outlook over the river and is quite rural - right between the stunning Taupo and fascinating Rotorua.
There is highspeed internet available and currently are subscribed to Netflix. A car would definitely be an advantage as we are about 25 mins drive from the nearest city (although about 10 mins drive to the nearest small grocery store).
There is a lovely small double room with its own bathroom and a very cute kitten and puppy to look after. (Warning - kitten still uses a litter tray which will need to be cleaned daily... 😬🤮), We also have two sheep and a horse whose water will need monitoring. Horse's feed will need to be given each day too - although this will already be prepared so will just need water added and then to be given to her. (She's very sweet).
