Well loved and used older 3 bedroom 2 storey home located in older/quiet area of One Tree Point. Close proximity to beach/fishing/watersports.
Cats require feeding 1x a day In the evening, and a top up of bikkies and pats. Our cats are locked inside at night. Guinea pigs require feed top ups of hay and pellets every 2nd day. Chickens will need eggs collected daily and feed and water top up approx once a week. Indoor plants will require watering once a week please 😊
