Lumsden Southland

We are looking for a housesitter who would treat our home and animals like their own. Positioned just outside of Lumsden, Northern Southland on 12 acres. Easy access to Te Anau (50min), Milford, and just 1hr to the bottom of the Remarkables ski field. Close to Queenstown, Invercargill and Gore. Plenty of recreation activities on our doorstep I.e. hiking, walking, biking and hunting. Lumsden is a great wee service town with all the essential amenities you'll need. Your own transport is recommended. Our home is just 3 years young. Three bedroom, separate laundry, bathroom and extra toilet. Double carport. Well positioned for sun. Extra low emission wood burner, fully insulated, double glazed. Bore water and on a septic system.
We would have two outside dogs to walk daily, care for and feed, 3 hens and a rooster, and a couple of rams to care for. The latter would be easy care.
