Matua Tauranga

Location:
Our home is located in Matua, Tauranga very close to the waterfront with great walking and biking tracks nearby.
Its a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse with very quiet neighbours.
Matua is a very safe neighbourhood.
There is a bus stop across the road from our house that takes you to the city.
Tauranga city and Mount Maunganui (one of the best beaches in NZ) are about a 10 minute drive from our home.
There are local cafes and dairys in Matua within walking distance.
Fergusson Park is a 5 minute walk away and is on the waterfront where local Football is played, along with kite boarders surfing on the water.
Cherrywood shopping centre is short drive away 0r 10 min walk which has a 4 square food store, chemist, gift shops and great takeaway food options.
There are also two supermarkets about 7 mins drive away.

Pet Minding / house minding
We have 1 burmese cat named Ziggy who loves human company. He is almost 1 year old so still quite small and very cute!

He needs feeding and watering regularly. He has a cat door so comes and goes throughout the day and night regularly, but generally sleeps on our bed each night. He loves cuddles and attention! He is very friendly with a cheeky personality.

The garden has an irrigation system so the hose just needs to be turned on in the evenings each day.
Plus our house plants just need the occasional water.

We would be happy for a single person, couple or a couple of friends to stay. We are also listing another ad for the end of Feb/first week of March 2025.
