Riverton Southland

It is a beautiful house, it has a great location near the sea, if you are lucky you can see an aurora Australis at night!

Marie graciously opened her home to me and was very easy to housesit for.. Harry (her boxer )is a happy, sweet-natured, undemanding dog; very easy to get along with, as is Puss, Marie's Persian kitty.

We had a couple of beautiful days house sitting for Marie. Harry and Puss are very easy to care for. We saw dolphins a couple of times while walking Harry along the beach; the views you get here are incredible. Marie was super generous with us, made us feel very comfortable, and let us stay for one more night because we had troubles with our car. Communication was super smooth, and we had some of the best sunsets we've seen in NZ. We highly recommend exploring Riverton! Thank you so much!

We had a lovely sit with Harry and Puss in Riverton, location is idyllic being a stones throw from the beach and Marie's home is cosy and comfortable. Harry is such a well behaved boy, has a gentle nature and loves his walks and praise. Puss is a beautiful exotic cat and pretty easy to care for as well. Marie was only a text away if needed and made us feel welcome and relaxed. Thank you Marie for sharing your lovely home and fur family with us :)

Harry and Puss are adorable, cuddly and very calm. We had a great time together. It was so easy to communicate with Marie, and she warmly welcomed me in her beautiful house.
