Castlecliff Whanganui

We have a 2 bedroom house with a small view of the ocean. 5 min walk to the river and 10 min to the beach. One big huntaway cross neutered bitch (Bella) who is a total beach bimbo. One older black cat (Shade). He has a dodgy hip so we have to be mindful of that but he manages it himself.
We might be using a dog walker occasionally that Bella knows well. She is 10 years old, and loves to run and spend time in the water- but we have to limit her exercise so she doesn’t feel sore later.
The section is big but there will be no garden work required. We will mow the lawns before we go, so nothing more will need to be done.
The house has a sun room, a log burner with plenty of wood, a semi covered deck and bbq. Normal kitchen etc. Our house is by no means flash. But it is warm and dry. The dog is allowed in one room only. Please no smoking in the house. Neighbours are quiet and friendly. 4 square supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Bus stop a few minutes walk away.
With discussion we are flexible with arrival and departure dates, as long as our time away is covered.
